Hi! I’m Erin, I live in the West 7th area of Saint Paul, and I can’t wait to spend time with your dog! As a young kid, I was given responsibilities with our family pets that taught me the challenges and rewards of caring for animals. As I grew up, I began dog-sitting for family and neighbors. In college, I became a dog mom to my Pomeranian baby, Flip, who had a range of health issues. I have experience caring for dogs experiencing seizures, GI issues, taking medications, and requiring special accommodations. Like humans, each dog is a unique individual who will come with a unique set of needs and comfortabilities. I'm ready to meet your pup where they're at!

Erin did an outstanding job taking care of our dog during our 2 week trip abroad. It was the perfect amount of communication for us and she sent photos as well so we knew he was well looked after! Even with an anxious dog, he was clearly comfortable staying with Erin and their partner, Nick. Absolutely recommend and would utilize again! ?

I live in a single-family home in a friendly Saint Paul neighborhood. There are 4 dog-loving adults in the house. We have lots of green space in they back yard, but your dog and I will enjoy roaming on-leash since it isn't fully fenced. Our previous dog had a lot of dietary issues, so the members of our home are used to keeping anything edible stored safely and out of reach. Our home is clean and smoke-free. There are no other animals in the home.

It takes a lot of trust to hand off your pet to another person, especially if they have specific needs. Please let me know what will make your dog most comfortable, including sleeping arrangements, eating/potty routines, exercise requirements/restrictions, and training commands you've put in place for your dog. I should also know if there are any health or dietary concerns, or certain behaviors to look out for when watching your pup.
A typical day
During the warm months, I love to be outside as much as possible. This means fresh air on the porch, walks around the neighborhood, adventures in at the nearby parks, and soaking up all of the smells. One of my favorite places to stroll is Crosby Farm Regional Park in Saint Paul- so much luscious green space! When the day winds down, I love snuggling up on the couch and watching a movie with a furry friend.

Availability
I work as a middle school teacher, so the summer months allow me plenty of free time and flexibility for my furry friends. During the school year, I am available for walks beginning any time after 4:30 M-F. On weekends, I am available any time for boarding and walks/drop-ins. From June 10-August 10, my schedule is open and flexible for all listed services. During this time, I'll be available to spend ALL the time with your fur baby, giving them the full-time love and attention they deserve.
