Pet care experience
I am enthusiastic and highly interactive! I have a life long experience of caring for teacup Chihuahuas to Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs, Mainecoons exceeding 25 pounds, kittens and puppies. Currently I do not have a pet however, I have been a pet Mom to rescue German/Belgian Shepherds. Mixed breed smaller rescue dogs, Siamese cats, Water dragons, a yellow nape parrot. I do know dog first aid.

I set up the appointment with Erin as an opportunity to meet and have an initial interaction. She immediately was focused on building a connection with my Bentley and by playing and interacting was already picking up on nuances of Bentley and showed a genuine interest and affection. I wouldn't hesitate to have Erin spend extended time with Bentley knowing he would be well taken care of. Think he's missing her already!
Her kind, caring way with our shy dog Beau was wonderful. As soon as they left the house, he warmed right up to her. She’s very communicative and tries to make the time you need for a walk work. I am sure we will be booking her again.
She's is definitely a dog person...loves them. We liked her and would use her again and for a sleepover ti care for our ziggy.
Another amazing experience having Erin stay at the house and take loving care of our little treasure. Thank you so much.

I am very detail oriented when house sitting as I pride myself taking careful care of every pet as well as keeping a very clean home. I follow all Pet Owners instructions for feeding, walking any medications or supplements. Before I arrive I like to know as much as I can regarding the pets likes/dislikes and quirks so there is an easy transition when the owners leave. I am very gentle with shy pets .If Pet Owner allows, I often take dogs to beach, parks or dog parks! I am home most of the day and highly engaging with pets throughout the day. I communicate with Pet Owners on a daily basis including pictures and videos.

Please let me know if there are dogs in your neighborhood that you avoid. Many dogs like to go after squirrels, bunnies, cats or other dogs, it is helpful to know what triggers your dog ahead of time.
A typical day
I love to play with dogs with their favorite toys or balls. I have a lot of clients with dogs who are great swimmers and play catch in the pool. Since I grew up around the water in FL I love to swim I have no problem jumping in the pool for play time. If owners allow I will take dogs to dog parks, dog friendly beaches or anywhere else the owners let me know they want to go! As you will see in the pictures my Collie client goes grocery shopping!
