Pet care experience
I have been pet sitting for over 12 years and I'm working toward my certification as a veterinary nurse. I worked extesnsively with exotic animals (as well as cats and dogs) and have been trusted to watch the pets of multiple veterinarians while they are away. I am capable of administering medications and looking after animals that need extra care. I also enjoy teaching basic training. My style of pet parenting is very inclusive; my animals are part of the family. Walks and activities just for the pet's enjoyment are a common occurrence. Pet safety is paramount. I do not allow dogs off-leash at any time. For the most part I believe cats should stay indoors. I do have a spare bedroom if your pet stays in my apartment.

Unfortunately my apartment complex does not allow Huskies, Pit bulls, or German Shepherds. However, I would absolutely love to see these breeds in your home.

In my spare time I enjoy nature walks (rain or shine) and spending time by the water. I also enjoy cross-stitch, baking and watching documentaries.
