Hi there! I’d be honored to be your pups temporary work from home bestie while you’re away or working. When I booked a rover for the first time, I was terrified. Finding someone you trust to care for your pets the way YOU do while dealing with the demands of life is one of the hardest things about dog ownership in my opinion. Luckily I have had nothing but great experiences with rovers and now have a great list of people all over california I’ve come to know and trust. I hope I can now be that security for you and yours! I live with my fiancé (pictured) who is actually the ‘favorite human’ if you ask Charlie. We both grew up in the kinds of houses where dogs eat filet mignon and sit at the dinner table on thanksgiving. We’re often the go to sitter for our parents, families, and friends (you’ll see many of them in the pictures above) and have no shortage of experience caring for all kinds, sizes, and personalities of dogs.

The BEST sitter’s on the planet. Their pup Charlie is so cute and friendly and both Erin and Brenton are so kind, communicative and great with dogs. They took Bodhi out at least twice a day and sent us tons of pictures. He had a hot spot when we dropped him off and they were so attentive and cleaned his wound/ made sure we were in the loop. We completely trust them and will definitely have Bodhi with them again. Your pup would be lucky to stay with them!
This was our second petsitting with Erin and Brenton. Our precious baby did great with them and it's obvious that they really care about pets - and pet owners! We got lots of pic updates and could see all the cool activities she was doing! Our doggo is very social with people and with other dogs and it was great to know she was in good hands - we'd definitely let our baby come back!
Our little girl had the BEST time - this was our first Rover experience, and it was so pleasant. We got pictures all throughout the night and updates, which made us feel so comfortable. It was clear that she was in good hands and enjoying the setting. Her new, four legged and two legged friends kept her beautiful company! Thank you so much for taking precious care of our baby.
Erin and her partner Brent took care of my 11 month Rhodesian ridgeback puppy that is 100+ lbs for 5 days. Meeting them and Charlie their dog was wonderful. The communication, level of attention to detail, and the care was top notch. They sent pictures and videos of my dog playing with theirs and being happier than he is when he is home with me. He whined when he left because he had so much fun with Erin, Brent, and Charlie(dog). Not only did I get a vacation but my dog got a vacation staying with Erin. Would use her again and again because not only can I trust her but my dog loves their dog! Win win!!

Safety trumps everything and I assume this as my #1 responsibility as your pups rover. There’s no such thing as too many instructions or cautions when it comes to caring for your pup. Our apartment complex is very safe; lots of walking paths away from main roads, I know just about every dog in the complex by name, we have full AC and Heat, and a large enclosed balcony (that your dog will never be unattended on). We often take Charlie out for fun walks or hikes, especially on the weekends, but will never take anyone’s dog anywhere without their approval. Since we don’t have a yard, we’re very active with walks, but if your dog is more of a couch potato we welcome that with open arms.

A typical day
Places we may frequent (with your approval) include our neighborhood, neighboring schools and parks, and sometimes local hikes or beaches like Bodega Bay (our favorite). All dogs will remain fully leashed 100% of the time unless you specify otherwise, happy to allow off leash time as long as your pup is trained and confident with recall.

Availability
I work for myself so I work from home every day and my schedule is very relaxed and flexible. Charlie 100% takes advantage of this, so your pup should too! We typically do 3-4 shorter sniff and strolls throughout the day and night and usually a longer walk in the evening. Charlie and I can both be just about as flexible as it gets with whatever schedule your pup needs or wants!
