Pet care experience
I am a recent graduate of UW-River Falls with a bachelor's degree in animal science. Currently, I am working as a veterinary assistant, and have advanced knowledge of dog and cat care. Because of this, I am experienced in pet CPR skills and basic first aid. I started my own pet-sitting business about 5 years ago and have experience with many different temperaments and breeds of dogs. I also have experience pet-sitting cats and horses. Pets are a member of the family and I am willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable leaving your animal behind. I love animals and will treat your pets as if they are my own.

When watching pets in a client's home, I ensure that the pets as well as the clients get to know me prior to pet sitting. Generally, I like to go to the home ahead of time, to meet my clients and their pets, so they get a chance to know me. I feel this is important because it is vital for clients to know the person they entrust their pets care to. When pet sitting, I try to follow the pet's schedule as close to normal as possible, to reduce their anxiety while their owner is away.

A typical day
I would love to take your dogs to the Antigo Boardwalk or the dog park (if you're comfortable). I want to ensure that your dog gets adequate exercise and enrichment.

I am currently working full-time as a veterinary assistant, but have plenty of time before and after work to watch your pets! I also have weekends free which will be dedicated to pet sitting.
