Animals have always been a huge part of my life 🐾 For nearly 20 years, that love has shaped both my personal life and my work in animal welfare along with nonprofit work. I have a background in animal behavior, shelter medicine, dog training, and I’m Fear Free certified. I understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable with who you trust your pet with, and I would love to start with a meet & greet to ensure both you and your pet feel comfortable with me and that we are a good fit! I only take one client at a time in my home. My golden retriever and I volunteer with a local K9 search and rescue team and specialize in rescuing missing persons. Outside of that, my dogs are my adventure partners. We love hiking, camping, traveling and being outside whenever we can.

Erin and her family, including her dogs and cat, make my dog feel so at home and truly loved. From the moment he arrives, he settles in like it’s his second home. Erin sends regular updates and photos, which I always appreciate, and my dog looks genuinely happy every time he’s there. It’s such a relief knowing he’s not just being cared for, but welcomed and included. He’s a repeat visitor and will absolutely be back again. I cannot recommend Erin enough.
Erin is truly wonderful. From the moment I dropped my dog off, her communication was clear and reassuring. She sent frequent photos, videos, and detailed updates that made me feel completely at ease while I was away. It was obvious that she paid attention to his routines and personality, and he looked so happy and relaxed in every update. I could tell he was genuinely loved and spoiled in her home. I’m so grateful for the level of care she provided, and I would absolutely book with her again. I highly recommend Erin. It’s clear she truly loves animals, and your pet will be in very good hands with her.
I cant recommend Erin enough, she is the best! When I got a new puppy I was a bit nervous about finding a sitter to continue with our routine and spend the extra time needed for a puppy, but Erin scheduled a meet & greet to learn all about Skye’s training and get to know us. Skye hit it off right away with Erin and her 2 dogs. I love that she sends updates and photos a couple of times a day so I know that she is having a blast and getting lots of attention while she’s away from home.
Erin was amazing! This was my first time using Rover and it was better than expected because of her! She cares so much about the pets she is watching and keeps you updated on everything! I especially loved that she sends pictures daily of them! One of my dogs is a little bit anxious around new people, but Erin made her feel very comfortable. I plan to use Erin every time I need someone!
I highly recommend Erin for pet sitting! She has been taking care of my pets for the last 18 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Her knowledge and intuition when it comes to pet care are unparalleled. Erin is detail-oriented and treats my pets as if they were her own. I am very particular about who I allow to watch my pets, and I have never doubted her ability to care for them. If you want someone who is reliable and truly loves animals, Erin is the one!

Schedule
During the week (Tues - Thurs), I work outside of the home, but I have a flexible schedule and will come home for midday care. My own pets are never left longer than 5 - 7 hours.

I have a fully fenced in yard, and out on walks, I will use a secure harness lead for added safety unless you prefer otherwise.

A typical day
When caring for your pet in your home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible. For safety, I do not take client dogs to dog parks. From walks and playtime to help burn off some energy before settling in for the evening, our days are built around what your pet enjoys most. No two pets are the same, and I love tailoring each day to their personality, favorite activities and routine.
