Erin was amazing! My husband and I were going out of town for a few days, and we needed to figure out what to do with our sweet little dogs. Our first choice was to have someone stay at our house with them, and we're so glad we found Erin! In a small-world moment, we found out that Erin had worked with a friend of ours, and he described her as being "Very sweet. Efficient. Hard working. Communicative." And he was right! During our first conversation with Erin, we were immediately put at ease by her warm demeanor, easygoing nature, and positive attitude. Her communication through the Rover app was also top notch. When our pups Winnie and Hunter met Erin, they took to her very quickly. They are guard dogs and can be wary of strangers, but Erin was a welcome presence in their space - she didn't push too hard, and she was very warm and calm, which allowed our little dogs to come to her. We left on our trip confident that our dogs (and our house!) were in good hands. Throughout our trip, Erin couldn't have been better. She communicated regularly with updates and photos, and we were able to enjoy our time away, knowing that our dogs were being cared for. She asked appropriate and thoughtful questions when faced with circumstances that we forgot to tell her about (for instance, that Hunter will pant and pace during thunderstorms). Most importantly, we came home to happy dogs and a well maintained house. I couldn't recommend Erin more highly, and she will definitely be the first person we ask to watch our dogs the next time we go out of town. Thank you Erin!

Erin is a very responsive walker and is adored by my dog. Highly recommended!
