Pet care experience
I have had dogs my whole life, they are my babies. I worked at a veterinary office for 5 years in the kennel area and as a veterinary assistant. I received my Bachelor's at Virginia Tech in Animal Science where I took many classes on animal health and training. I have worked in research labs and on the Virginia Tech farms throughout my time as a student. I graduate with my Masters at Clemson University studying Animal Science. I now live in the Denver metro area with my two pups, where I work for an animal genetics company. I have owned several animals throughout my life including dogs, cats, rabbits, cattle, goats, and now a brittany spaniel mix named Hallie, an Aussie mix named Beamer, and a bearded dragon named Javier. I have raised various orphaned animals and have been responsible for very sick and elderly animals. My boyfriend also lives with me and has experience taking care of his family's various pets as well as ours. I would love to host your animal in my home!

Erin is absolutely phenomenal! Minnie can be super shy and mildly aggressive (scary growl/bark) with new people but she absolutely loved Erin. I’ve never felt so relieved and comfortable knowing Minnie was in such good hands! I would 100% recommend Erin to anyone.

I do not have a fenced in yard, so I take extra caution to ensure animals are leashed when outside. I allow animals do be on my furniture as long as that is what their owner allows. My dogs are very active so frequent walks are great!

I would like to know if your is very noisy, has any allergies or issues I should be aware of. I also like to know what medications he/she will need during the stay. I ask that all dogs are on flea and tick and heartworm treatment.
A typical day
I can take your dogs on walks wherever you would like! I do a lot of hiking with my dogs. On days with bath weather we love walking around a Lowe’s or other pet store where it’s dry and cool!
