Erika works with me in Playgroup at Happy Hound. At the time she started, I was a staff trainer, during training she was a quick learner and up to the challenge of working with many dogs of very different needs and temperaments simultaneously. She's always on task doing a job that can be very distracting and has only improved in her handling skills during her time here. She is caring and really gets to know each dog so she is able to observe any abnormalities and let parents know if their pup might be feeling under the weather. She is also a great person to work with, as she is pleasant to be around while still keeping the main goals of the day in mind. Hannah V.
