Pet care experience
I have been around dogs since I was 8 years old. Most recently, my senior dog of 11 years passed away. I love to interact with dogs of any breed or size. They’re all special to me. With my senior dog, Ozzy, I rescued him from a shelter ten years ago and we have been through it all. Potty training, learning to walk on a leash, swimming, tricks, etc. Later in his life he was diagnosed with diabetes and megaesophagus which we learned to manage. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs and dogs with special needs because I know how hard it can be to find a sitter for dogs who require extra care. I also enjoy young dogs who want to go on walks and explore!

Erika is a lovely person and took great care of our Rosie girl. Erika responded to my request within minutes, despite my last-minute request for a drop in. She stopped by, warmly greeted Rosie, and spent time getting to know Rosie, me, and our home. She sent great pictures, which were not only adorable, but also provided great information that our girl was well cared for. I am often anxious leaving Rosie but felt completely at peace knowing Erika would be here. Thank you, Erika!!
My dog had a wonderful stay with Erika. She sent photos and updates daily while I was away for a long weekend, was really flexible about pick-up + drop-off times, and I could tell she cared for Bowie as though he were her own dog. I’m actually pretty sure he was sad to leave her!
Erika was wonderful with our Max!! She updated us with multiple pictures, and text messages to let us know if he was doing well or not. Very caring person!! I would book with her again in a heartbeat!!
Erika is an amazing dog sitter. As most dog owners can relate; leaving our pet at home when our family travels gives me anxiety. But when I know Erika will be taking care of our dog, all anxieties are gone. She goes the extra mile to make sure our dog is taken care of. I know that he will be in good hands while we are away. She’s caring, responsible, and truly LOVES dogs. I would recommend Erika to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog while they are away. She’s the best!
