Pet care experience
Being a nanny for the last 7 years has prepared me with all the skills needed to properly care for living beings (mostly children, but pets too!). I can responsibly and confidently assure you your dog or kitty will be well taken care of and be given a lot of love and attention. Brisk walks around the neighborhood as well as some play time at the park are also a part of my routine. I spent my childhood until college helping care for our family's terrier who was one lucky country dog so I know the importance of making sure animals get time outside here in our beautiful city! I hope to make wonderful, long-term connections with clients so that I can spend consistent time with their pets and build a bond and comfortability with them.

Erika did a phenomenal job watching our two fur babies for a week. Both are rescues and can be a bit of a handful of times but Erika handled everything in stride and communicated frequently. Plus, we loved getting pictures and videos of our puppers multiple times a day! Although we always have a hard time leaving them, we had great peace of mind knowing Erika was watching them. Will definitely book again!

I had a house/cat sitter cancel last minute while I was out of town long term and Erika made herself available to help; she was a life saver! She took excellent care of both my property and my elderly (16 year old) cat. There was also a sudden ant problem with the house and she was so helpful in sending photos so that we could direct the exterminator. She also kindly distributed the pet-friendly diatomaceous earth powder around the entry points to help prevent further infestation until the professionals could arrive. She really went above and beyond. Her attitude was always very kind and comforting even when dealing with surprises like the ants. If we still lived in the same city, I would make her my first choice for any house/cat sitting for sure.
