Erika and I had agreed that Scotty would stay with her for one night , however, I asked her if it might be possible to extend Scotty's stay by one night since I would be getting back in town very late. She agreed to keep Scotty for an extra night and I paid for the extra night. Then, the day before I was going to pickup Scotty she said that I needed to pay her for daycare or pickup Scotty early. Thus I had to rearrange my travel plans at the last minute so that I could get Scotty from her at a reasonable time. When I asked her to return the payment I had initially sent her, she said she would not return the payment because she had forgotten to charge me for Scotty's daycare fees. Not only did she unreasonably force me to change my travel plans at the last minute, she also refused to give back the payment which was intended for Scotty's extra night (which he did not stay). On top of that when I went to pickup Scotty she forgot to include his leash and his favorite chew toy. She told me that she had never seen his chew toy and I was forced to make an extra trip to get Scotty's leash the next day. I have no doubt that Erika loves dogs and that she did a great job taking care of Scotty, however, her behavior on all accounts was incredibly unprofessional. She never once apologized for anything and didn't really care about the fact that she caused me to change my travel plans, make an extra trip to get Scotty's leash, or for losing his favorite toy. I won't be using Erika ever again.

Erika is a great dog sitter!! She takes care of my Morkie just like it was her own!! She is caring and kind to animals! I would Highly recommend her with your dog!
