I’ve grown up with various breeds of dogs- from mutts to basset hounds, dogs with special needs, senior dogs and high energy hounds. My family has a four year old basset that was rescued from a hoarding situation, a coonhound/beagle and an energetic coonhound (we love our hounds!). I love taking them for walks along park trails and to dog parks when I visit my parents. I have walked and dog sat for high energy puppies, senior dogs, pups with special needs and have experience with dogs who need medication administered. I’ve never met a dog that I didn’t love! I’m a big cat person as well! My late cat was a tortie with Cerebellar Hypoplasia who developed severe anemia and diabetes in her last year of life, so I’m used to giving insulin injections, handling feeding tubes and daily medication. I provide at least two daily updates along with pictures (but can provide more updates if needed!) and will make sure that your pet is comfortable and happy while you’re away.
