Pet care experience
I’ve had and loved pets of all shapes and sizes for my entire life- spent half of my childhood on my mother’s farm. Dogs, cats, horses, chickens, cows, cockatiels… you get the idea! My dog passed shortly after I moved to NYC so I started dog sitting for friends to make up for that loss. Now I'm in DC, volunteering for HRA and ready to walk dogs for you! I’ve cared for every kind of pup, from Brussels Griffons and Yorkies to Great Danes and Bernese mountain dogs. I currently have a 16 month old German Shepherd in agility classes and a 9 year old rescue cat. Can’t wait to add your dog or cat to the pack! Love, safety and care will be top priority in all walks, drop ins and stays!

Swung by to give our cat Lucy some attention and food on a weekend. V communicative and sent lots of pics of them hanging. Happy with the drop by! Loved the photos.
Erika was great! Exceeded expectations. She was attentive and knew what she was doing, asked loads of questions about our dog tom to ensure everything went well. Was communicative throughout. Tom can be a bit shy/nervous/anxious around new people but that wasn’t an issue at all with Erika. She even arrived early to give him time to warm to her. I’ve never used rover before so was a little nervous but she quelled that and was fantastic. From the pictures tom had a blast with her. Would use again!
Erika is absolutely the best! she took care of my pup when i was having date night with my husband. it was the very first time i left my pup and it was me who had separation anxiety. i highly recommend erika! she sent me lots of pics/videos of my baby & helped me calm my nerves. my puppy and her pup are the best of friends and they played together all night! he was so tired by the time we picked him up. he for sure slept like a baby!
Erika is a honest and dependable pet caregiver. She is a nature with my dog (who loves her and always has a hug to give her). I would trust her with anything and have for years.

For my pets safety, windows are always open from the top, not the bottom to ensure they can’t push though screens. My dog Jasper is always leashed on our walks, stops at all crosswalks, and is enrolled in training classes to continue both of our educations in handling and safety.

Mental and physical stimulation with a whole lot of love! My dog Jasper and I enjoy playing games that push her to use her mind. Also always down to play fetch, jog and explore. We love Rock Creek Park trails and Carter Barron Park!
