Hi! My name is Erika and I have been dogsitting for over 15 years. I dog sit because I love getting to spend time with dogs and any other animals that you may have. I have owned dogs my whole life, and have lots of experience with both big and small breeds. I have lots of energy and happily use it to walk, run, and play with the dogs I sit. Willing to work with young puppies and dogs with special needs. I genuinely love to get to know each dog and specialize the activities to best fit their needs. I am also happy to help take care of plants and do cleaning around the home during house sitting.

This was my 1st time using Rover, I just moved here with my dog Oslo so it’s all very unfamiliar to him. We met Erika the day before and Oslo straight away felt comfortable with her. She sent updates and pictures throughout his stay so I knew how he was getting on. When I picked him up he seemed very happy and settled with Erika! I would definitely love Oslo to stay with Erika again and highly recommend her!
Erika was a great dog sitter for my dog Luckee! She watched him over my wedding weekend and I was able to get through it without any worries. Erika kept me updated with picture mail everyday and was able to keep my mind at ease. I will definitely be using her in the future!
Erika was extremely responsive and took amazing care of our Cassie. She provided many pictures of their activities and updates throughout the stay. We would highly recommend Erika and will look to book her again if needed. Thanks Erika!

I have a large space in a row house that allows for ample play area, and a green neigborhood perfect for long walks with shade during the hot summer days. There is a park directly across the street where we can play and socialize with the neighbors when possible.

I love all breeds, but have lots of experience with bigger breeds such as lab, boxer, and pitbulls. I like to know their level of energy, any dietary restrictions, and special needs that the dog may have.
A typical day
We would go for runs and walks near the house and nearby parks. I play fetch as well as tug of war and can give belly rubs and scratches for hours.

Availability
I work full time as an engineer in the city, but am only in the office 1-2 days a week with a flexible schedule. I typically do 2 longer walks in the morning and evening and a short walk for lunch when I work from home. I am more than happy to do extended stays, weekends, early mornings, and later evenings.
