Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. My grandparents bred havanese dogs that I cared for. My family got our own dog 12 years ago and my dog Nala is 3 years old. She is in the home with me so your dog can have a play mate! She is super friendly and loves to play with other dogs. She does not like when dogs are too much in her space the entire day or dogs that play rough. She prefers to play with dogs that are her size or smaller - she is 70lbs. She loves other goldens! I have tons of experience with all age dogs - boarding, walking, and drop in visits.

We had our pup stay with Erika for a 4 night stay and she is wonderful! From the initial contact, she was very responsive. During the stay she updated us with tons of photos and videos. Her dog, Nala, is extremely sweet and got along well from the initial meet and greet with our dog. Erika was really attentive of our dogs needs and quirks and we felt like she treated our dog as if he was her own! ? you can tell she really loves dogs and is very knowledgeable about how to care for them. ?
Erika took such great care of Sirius. He got all the love and attention!
Erika and her husband were amazing for my 4 mo pup Maya. Erika offered wonderful communication, wanted to know details about Maya's care and was so thorough in keeping me updated during her stay. Erika's dog is so sweet and played so well with Maya! Maya was exercised so well and so comfortable with both Erika and her husband. What a wonderful first boarding experience did for Maya. I would recommend Erika in a heartbeat and will hope to use her services again in the future :)

I have a fenced in backyard and a friendly golden retriever playmate who loves to squirrel watch outside. I am available to adjust to your pets needs are and their schedule. My husband lives in the home with me and is around to help as well !

Ahead of watching your dog it’s important to know if they would get along with other dogs, play nicely, and respect other dogs spaces ! Sometimes I have other dogs in the house or dogs my dog interacts with throughout the week so they need to get along with other dogs. Your dog needs to be fully vaccinated, kennel trained, and fully house trained. My dog gets shy around dogs larger than her and does not like to be humped.
A typical day
My dog loves to play and run around with other dogs, take a nap while we’re working or do a fun mental game like a lick mat or kong. After work she typically exercises more. Would love to chat more about your dogs typical day and adjust to their needs!

Availability
Currently I work from home normally 2 days a week (weds and friday but does alter) as well as my husbands schedule. I can take your dog on a walk and they can play with mine !
