Pet care experience
I love dogs - always have. Now that I work from home, I’d love to spend time with more dogs and more time outside. I’d love to help you out and give your loved one all the time and attention they need while you’re away at work or out having fun. I currently have one senior dog, Lady, and have enjoyed dogs in my home my whole life. I’ve worked with excited puppies all the way to sleepy seniors.

Erika was very flexible with drop off and pick up times, adjusting her schedule to fit what I needed at the last minute. She was very caring and responsive--I got lots of adorable pictures and updates throughout the week. Marley seemed at ease and very happy when I picked her up, which is a good sign since Marley has anxiety issues! I would definitely recommend Erika for your dog sitting needs!

My home has a large, fully fenced in backyard. I also live in a quieter area of town and love to take walks with the dogs I watch. If more socialization is needed, I am happy to bring them to the secure dog park in Waterloo - but only with your approval. My home is quiet, clean and pets are allowed everywhere!

A typical day
All pups who stay with me will go on lots of walks and spend time outside. I love to walk and run on trails nearby or play catch in my fenced in backyard. If the weather is not ideal, we will stay in and snuggle.

Availability
I work from home with lots of flexibility in my work day. I do often travel for work, so I’ll have those days blocked off on my calendar. However, when I’m home, I’m happy to be as flexible as you need. My dog, Lady, is great with other dogs, but If needed I have a trusted sitter to help so that I can make my home as quiet and calm as a dog would need.
