Salut! Hello! I'm a transplant to Montreal from Atlanta, Georgia, and love to get to know the city through some of its local pets! Je parle français, mais j'apprends encore, donc je vous remercie d'avance pour votre patience :) I have owned and worked with dogs, cats, and animals of all types and sizes throughout my life. I have been a regular volunteer at several cat rescues (primarily on the medical team) for almost 5 years. I am the owner of a three-legged cat named Cecil. I have a medical background and have experience administering medications and working with older or disabled dogs and cats. I have particular experience administering medications to cats - pills, liquids, injections, you name it - including fussy or shy ones. Aside from dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, I welcome all animals - bunnies, rats, snakes, lizards, birds, tarantulas, whatever your furry (or scaly) friend may be! Additionally, if you have a collection of plants, I'm happy to take care of those, too!

Erika was an absolute delight! I needed a cat sitter on short notice, and with only two days between booking and my trip out of town, she offered to do a meet and greet with my girls (my two kitties) after completing a full day of work. While I was away, she checked in on time for every visit and took great care of my girls, even sending cute photos pf them, which helped put my mind at ease. When I returned, everything was just as I left it, and my girls had food and water to spare. There was even a power outage on one of the days she was supposed to visit, so she waited and monitored the outage. We figured out a way to get her a physical key, and she completed her visit. She went so above and beyond! I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Selon mes deux vieux siamois qui ont besoin de médicaments et de beaucoup d’affection, Erika est la meilleure gardienne de chats ! Elle m’envoyait chaque jour des photos et de sympathiques comptes-rendus de ses visites. Je ferai de nouveau appel à elle et vous la recommande sans hésitation.
Erika always comes through for us when my cat needs a sitter! As always she’s incredibly flexible and lovely to work with! Thank you again Erika!
Best pet sitter we've ever had! Erika did a fantastic job and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Our rabbits were well cared for and really loved her visits. It's comforting to know our little ones were in such good hands. Next time we travel, we'll go to her first!

A typical day
I love to run and cycle, so I am happy to give your dog some more vigorous exercise if needed! I'm keen on exploring new parts of the city, so please let me know if you and your dog have any favorite walking routes. During home visits for both cats and dogs, I'm always happy to provide some playtime or cuddles in addition to basics like food and water.

Availability
I am currently a full-time medical student, so I typically fit in visits before or after my hospital rotations, depending on my schedule for the month. I am unfortunately unable to do half-day or full-day visits.
