Erik and Erika were good sitters for my dog, Blueberry! They were kind, flexible, and accommodating of all of Blueberry and my quirks. After a previous sitter canceled on me last minute, I was about to cancel my plans when I saw Erik was available. I reached out immediately and Erik was positive, professional, and flexible over text. We met that same night for a quick meet-and-greet at his place where I met Erika, Erik’s girlfriend. This was my first time using Rover and leaving Blueberry with strangers, so I was pretty nervous. Erik and Erika were patient with me and listened carefully. The next morning I sent over detailed pet instructions for them and began to head to their place. Because this was planned so last minute, I was a few hours late for drop off. However, Erik was super flexible and accommodating and didn’t mind at all. When I dropped Blueberry off, I went over a few more details from the pet instructions and we walked Blueberry briefly(because it was really hot) outside. I knew Blueberry was in safe hands because when we came back inside and Erik and Erika brought out three water bowls for him. It was very adorable and sweet. When I picked Blueberry up on Monday, he was happy, safe, and healthy which is all I wanted. I appreciate their flexibility and accommodating us so last minute! They did a great job taking care of Blueberry.
