Pet care experience
I've lived with dogs for 7 years and still am currently. I have four dogs and a cat living separately in one house: Poffy, Twinkie, Joey, Ringo, and Custard. Poffy is a 8 year-old male Pom/terrier mut, Twinkie is a female 9 year-old chihuahua, Joey is a 2 year old Min Pin (the king of howling), Ringo is a 4 year old chihuahua and finally, Custard is a 2 year old Bombay cat; was raised around with many small dogs, not fond with bigger dogs. Poffy is really sweet and listens well, he's very specific choosing whose dogs to be around with, Twinkie is super great with small dogs except she's a bit territorial towards other dogs depending on situations, but will most likely get over the territorial-ness, Joey is a super cuddly and active dog that gets along with cats and small dogs; he is super sweet and Ringo is most likely the shyest and more cautious. I volunteered at a nonprofit local dog rescue for two years and fostered dogs who are in need of urgent care, love, and support. While fostering, I've been learning new experiences, reusing them for future references, taking them out for at least two times during open times. I take quality pictures of dogs as a hobby ever since I volunteered at the rescue, you may be lucky to get pics taken by me!

Ericka was great! My dog Crash was well cared for and Ericka was very great at communication!!! It really made me feel better about leaving my dog and cats with her!!!
Ericka is very nice and was great for our initial drop-ins/walks. However, I can not recommend her for housesitting. When we got back, Ajax was incredibly anxious and took days to calm down. He was alone from 9pm-12/1pm most days and only checked-on for two 10 minute periods most days. Ajax has a lot of anxiety and licks/pants when he is feeling anxious. We noticed a huge sore on his throat from constant panting when we returned. It often took her hours to respond in the morning when we noticed she hadn’t let him out yet. We asked her to spend more time with him and let him out earlier but she never seemed to arrive earlier than 11am at the earliest. While I appreciated her taking care of Ajax with her busy schedule, I needed her to spend more time with him, let him out earlier in the morning, and be more communicative about her schedule before we booked.
Ericka was awesome doing drop-ins with our anxious, reactive dog! She was very patient in getting him to warm up to her and a great communicator. We look forward to future visits with her!
Ericka was outstanding. Loved our dog to pieces. Could tell our dog was well taken care of and happy while we were gone. Great communicator Sent lots of pictures with updates. Will definitely use her again in the future.
