Ericka was a calming influence on our 3 big dogs and was able to manage them well. She's observes health details and addresses questions when necessary. Conscientious - she even stripped her bed the last day. We were confident our dogs were in capable hands. We hope to have her come again.

Erica and I worked together for a year before she left Marcy’s. She did a great job with the animals and was one of the most responsible kennel techs on the team. Her best quality as an coworker I found was her ability to finish a task quickly and effectively without complaint or procrastination. More importantly was her willingness to learn. She took on many tasks most of our techs didn’t learn until much later and was always open to ask questions/ further her skills with us as needed. Thirdly, Erica has a confidence with animals that can be hard to find. She knows body language very well and was quick to react to slight changes in animal behavior.
