I’ve always been an animal lover and have cared for pets of my own/family owned pets since I was a teenager, including turtles, cats, dogs, hamsters, and even rats. I attempted fostering dogs but fell in love with my first foster and ended up adopting him 🤣❤️🐶 I’ve had experience caring for animals of all ages, from young to old, tiny to large. Love them all! Taking shelter dogs for a “dogs day out” has been one of my favorite activities recently. This activity allows me to take a dog from BARCS out for the day hiking, socializing, and getting them seen by possible adopters! Recently gained experience caring for dogs with medical conditions, including diet restrictions, medication administration, and managing feeding tubes.
