We were very pleased with Erica. She took notes and asked great questions in our initial visit to ensure things went smoothly. One of my kitties is hesitant around new people and I appreciated how Erica made sure he was doing okay during their check-ins.
Erica did a wonderful job, I would definitely use her again. Even though I usually leave pre-typed instructions for her, I was impressed that she always took notes. Very friendly, you can tell she's an animal person, the pet's welfare of utmost importance!!
Erica was the absolute best and took such good care of our girl! Thank you, Erica! It sure made the work trip much less stressful knowing Luna was in such good hands. 10/10 recommend!

As a responsible pet sitter, my top priority is the well-being and safety of the pets I'm caring for, especially during extreme weather conditions. Some ways I like to engage pets while keeping them safe during hot and cold weather are: of course, minimal outdoor time, indoor activities such as interactive play with puzzle feeders and treat dispensing toys, treat time with frozen treats or ice cubes, interactive music and videos (YouTube is great), cuddle and bonding time and letting them relax in a cool/warm and quiet space. I will always leave them with fresh water and closely monitor them for signs of overheating and distress.
