Can I pet your dog?
Pet care experience
I’ve fostered kittens, dealt with puppies, and I have a 130 pound dog, so there’s nothing I can’t handle! I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life, and all my friends and family have me watch their animals because I love the pets and the pets love me! I have also dealt with giving pets medication, pets with physical disabilities or who are ill.

I have had Erica stay at my house and watch my pets on multiple occasions. Each time I have arrived home to find a clean house and happy and healthy animals. My dog loves her and it shows every time she comes over. I highly recommend Erica to watch any pet you may have.

I can’t take animals into my home because of my previously mentioned huge dog, but I can do drop ins, overnights, walks, or just quick potty breaks. All can be negotiated! I have all the energy in the world to keep up with your pets needs, but also love just giving them pets and cuddling if they’re a calm pet! Whatever they need from me.

I like to know if they’ve been aggressive in the past, if they have any issues with pulling on their leash on walks (especially if they’re large. My dog has pulled me to the ground before, I just like to make sure there is the right harness/leash if that’s an issue), any health or diet concerns, any special needs, and anything the owner finds important to let me know.
A typical day
It depends on the dogs! Every dog is different and liked different things. Some dogs love to play and I will tug o war with them for hours, some love to be outside, some just want to sleep on your lap! So I typically get to know the dogs I’m watching, and do whatever they like doing best. I typically just walk dogs around close to the house, but sometimes dogs prefer a dog park better. So I do either!

I currently have a part time job but am willing to work around it! The more notice, the more available I can be to you. But even on short notice my schedule is relatively flexible :)
