Hello! My name is Erica! I’ve spent my entire life with animals. I’ve never had a period in my life where I did not have a pet. My parents always had dogs growing up and when I was about 6 years old we got my first cat and I truly fell in love. I’ve always had an affinity for animals and loving and caring for them as well as understanding them. I’ve spent the better part of the last ten years working in the veterinary field and have experience in administering medications, triage, BLS/ACLS, among many other skills. I’m currently a full time student pursuing my bachelors degree in Biology and plan on applying to Veterinary school. I have two cats and two dogs of my own who I love very much and will love your animals just the same.

Erica is the best! Needed a sitter last minute and she got back to me to confirm right away. She read all of my instructions and was prepared before coming to my house. She was punctual and kept me in the loop about what was going on while at my house. I feel very safe with her coming into my home to let my dog out and have booked her several times since the first. She’s definitely 5 stars!!
Erica watches my dog and cat when I’m away very often. She is excellent. She’s Patient, kind and loving. My animals look forward to seeing her. She sends me pictures and updates.even trims my cats nails for me. We’re very lucky to have her. If you are looking for a trustworthy excellent knowledgeable pet sitter look no further. Erica is awesome! She is genuine and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her! She has watched my animals many times, and I am always at ease knowing they are in such great hands.
Erica is hands down my top pick when it comes to looking after my fur babies. I have two cats and a dog, so it can be a bit of a handful, but Erica doesn’t miss a beat. My dog is an older golden who requires a lot of attention due to his medical issues and the cats are one year old kittens who are always looking for love or something fun to do. I know my animals are both safe and well cared for, getting their medications properly and also being played with and loved whenever I leave them with Erica. I don’t trust anyone else with my babies! Shes accommodating with my schedule which can be unpredictable at times and she’s also fairly priced. Erica is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any questions I may have regarding animal care due to her extensive experience in the industry, and I look forward to her achieving her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine so we can officially call her our vet! We love you Erica!

I have a fenced in yard for my own dogs to run around in and I keep both cats indoors for their own safety. I understand, for dogs, not everyone has a fenced in yard. I’ve had this experience with my other dogs in the past and am capable of leash walking or placing dogs on outdoor leads. Whatever your preference is, I am capable of accommodating.

Some things that are absolutely important to know about any dog I will be watching are any behavior concerns which could include any aggression be it towards animals or people, any food or resource guarding concerns, any medication regimen or health concerns and if they have a history of getting out of the yard/running away. It’s important to know that absolutely NONE of these are deal breakers, it’s just important for me to know this information so I can provide the best care for your pet.
A typical day
A typical day with your dog would be doing whatever they love! Some dogs are playful and rambunctious in which case we would definitely be running around the yard and playing with their favorite toys. Some dogs, on the other hand, are little older or slower in which case we can certainly go their speed and take it easy and just relax outside in the sun and hang out.

With my current school schedule I can offer various stop ins and am available for overnight stays as well. I’m also available for dog walks and check ins. I’m always flexible!
