Minister-in-training, loves pets!
Pet care experience
I began dog sitting in college. I had the great opportunity of taking care of the pets of college staff and faculty while they were traveling for vacations or research. I usually stayed at the owners home, offering housesitting help (taking out the trash, collecting mail, watering plants) while caring for their cats and dogs. I have more experience with small to medium-sized dogs and cats, but am open to meeting doggy friends of all sizes! I am currently working part time. My schedule will change after Labor Day, but I'm hoping to meet some pets that I can work with long-term. I am a recent Harvard graduate and am in the process of becoming ordained a a health care chaplain/minister. Being with animals helps me stay grounded, so I am grateful for any opportunity to spend time with your pets!
Reviews
Erica is a completely dependable and loving pet sitter. She cared for our bichon and our old kitty cat as if they were her own. Highly recommended! -- the Kimmels

Skills
Information Erica L. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for a pet, I would like to be informed if they have any health concerns (diet, anxiety, etc.) I would also appreciate knowing if there are any concerning behaviors I should keep an eye out for. I do not have breed preferences. I have more experience with small and medium sized dogs, but am open to some large dogs depending on their training.
A typical day
I am happy to meet dogs (or cats!) wherever they live and cater our activities to their needs and preferences. I am happy to walk dogs, throw an ball or frisbee around, or go to a dog park. I do not have a car, so activities are slightly dependent on what is nearby. In my neighborhood, there are many parks and places to walk. I am also willing to help owners with any behavioral goals they may be working on with their dogs.
