I have been dog sitting friend's and family's dogs for the last 10 years. I have watched a variety of dogs ranging from Chihuahuas, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Pitbulls, Pompskeys, and Labs. One of my housemates volunteered at Butte Humane so our household is comfortable with having all types of dogs over. I love playing, cuddling, walking, and running with dogs and am also comfortable with grooming them. I used to live with two young and loving pit bulls and helped with their training. My only commitment this summer is my internship which is less than 16 hours a week. If I am gone from the house it is only for 4 hours max, but usually it is only for a couple of hours. If I was not a college student I would have probably adopted 3 or 4 dogs by now because I think dogs bring so much joy into the world and they all deserve loving homes and families to care for them. Now that I live in a new town, I want to start surrounding myself with new pups to care for.
