Pet care experience
For those that know and those that do not, we HAVE MOVED! (As of December 2017) Because of the growth of our current clients and our pet boarding, we needed more space and it is because of you that we have purchased a home with loads of space and yard! We also have a pool in the back so that we will be offering training for our puppies and water dogs, a place to safely learn to swim and play in the water! We are 20 minutes away from our townhome in the Lower Greenville area and have moved to East Richardson. It is super quiet and very safe. I have installed a very awesome security system for the protection of the all our guests. For our long time guests, we have the deepest gratitude because you made THIS HAPPEN!!! I work from home so I have been able to be a host for foster dogs over 10 years. I have had multiple breeds, multiple ages and we have fun throughout the day. Now, being very close to 75 and 635 allows my home to be a wonderful drop off/ pick up area for anyone commuting to work. We will still go for great walks with a park nearby. *Let's talk about vaccinations and unaltered pups* I require all dogs to be fully vaccinated and neutered or spayed for the following exceptions: Puppies Rescue Dogs Because of our field of knowledge of handling puppies, we allow them to stay case by case. Puppies that are in the middle of vaccinations and waiting for them to grow before they have their surgery safely can stay with us when normally they aren't allowed in daycare or kennels. Rescue dogs are handled cases by case as well. I have a crate for those that are being crate trained, those that are free to sleep on the bed, on the couch... it is really up to your dog what is most comfortable! Our top priority is safety first and that we meet the needs of your fur baby!
Reviews
Thank you for taking such good care of our pup.
Odin always has the best experiences with Erica, Brianna and Linda. He is excited to go and remembers the place even after months of not going. I love seeing the many update pictures. I always get a message response within the hour if I have additional questions or want a larger update!
I always know my girl is in the best hands and is treated like a queen under their care! Thankful for Erica, Brianna and Linda.
Erica and Brianna always do a great job taking care of Ducky. I’m always appreciative of everything they do for him! He always has a great time staying with them whether it’s for daycare or boarding! They are the best!

Information Erica & Brianna & Linda J. would like to know about your pet
What information is important to know about a dog ahead of time? We always want to know about your pup before they come for daycare or boarding. What they like and what they don't, medical and allergy needs or requirements, but most of these questions are discussed during the meet and greet.
A typical day
We have a pool that we regularly use to let our water dogs have fun and we also teach most of our guest pups how to swim or introduce them to the pool so they do not have a fear. We are ALWAYS outside when we have dogs in the backyard. No one is ever alone when it is potty/swim and play time. The exception to this rule is with our Dogs that aren’t designed for swimming include “top heavy” breeds – those with large chests and small hindquarters. Short muzzled dogs, including the brachycephalic breeds, and dogs with very short legs also don’t do well in water. For example, bulldogs, dachshunds and boxers are generally not able to stay afloat. Brachy breeds like the pug tend to tire easily due to the abnormal structure of their respiratory organs. Many small dogs can be very good swimmers, but because they get chilled easily and tend to be frightened in the water, they don’t always do so well. We do not want to create a fear of water and if there are those breeds that have been on the water and have their own fitted life-jackets, we encourage owners to bring them and do a test swim with us in the water.

Availability
Because I work from home, we have the ability to be at the house 24/7. We do have to individually run errands and have appointments, as well as transport our guests, so we have one scheduling rule but everything else is flexible.
