I had booked Erica back in June for a 2 day stay in September. In mid August was when I started to get messages asking to change drop off time because she has to work. I accommodated this, then I received another message asking can I change the pick up time from 1pm to earlier at 9am. This was trickier, but I managed to ask someone to pick my dog up because our plane didn't get in until later. Then I get another message asking if another dog can stay even though it says on the profile that she's not comfortable around other dogs. This showed me that maybe she hadn't taken the effort to read information on who she was looking after. Then on the day before and day of drop off I received quite a few more messages asking to change the drop off time again with one of them saying 'the later the better'. By that point I just didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog as it felt so unwelcoming really so I had to rush to make last minute arrangements which is annoying seeing as this had been set in place since June. Erica's reason was because she had to work. I think if she had committed to me back in June, that was plenty time to arrange her schedule. Not really what you want to be doing before having to travel and all in all an unprofessional experience.

Rey’s second time staying with Erica. Rey was super excited to arrive - happy memories from last time. She seems to have really enjoyed her day with Erica again and has been so good since we got her back.
