Pet care experience
I have years of experience working with dogs in a high stress animal shelter. I have worked with owned dogs and stray dogs, so I understand behavior at all stages. My first priority is safety for your pet and then enrichment for their satisfaction in life. I have educated our community through outreach in an Adoption center, Intake of Strays, as an Animal Control Officer, and on various news stations in Atlanta and New Orleans. My entire career and personal life revolves around our community’s pets and stray animals. I have extensive knowledge on medical conditions and behavior issues as well, so I am comfortable working with dogs who need a little extra love. I am passionate about helping those who have rescued their dogs especially and would love to work them!

Erica was absolutely phenomenal with my dog. He’s a huge 130 pound boy and she handled him with such kindness and ease. She updated us every time she went to the house and sent pictures and videos of his happy self every time too! We honestly couldn’t have had a better first experience and will be recommending her to others & using her services again! If you need someone experienced and kind to watch your pet, Erica is your girl!

A typical day
For dogs with an active mind, I enjoy giving them puzzles with treats. For dogs with high energy, snuffle mats are a great tool and playing fetch or tug of war. For dogs that are more chill, love a good frozen peanut butter kong and belly rubs!
