I grew up rescuing dogs around the neighborhood or a few miles away and putting them back to their owners that I knew. My family and I always got dogs or cats in our backyard, from our big gate fence, and we would know by the barking or would go get water from the kitchen, we would keep them until the morning hits and go find their owners and put up posters about them. Our dogs and a cat didn’t mind the company. Personally I walked my dog(black retriever, named Dixie) almost everyday, because she loved to “go for a walk” or “wanna play” any specific words she knew, like those kind, she got so excited about. I would love to walk or get to know the dog and the owner. Would like to be a animal control to rescue abused or injured animals and dogs.
