I am Erica, a full-time teacher turned dog sitter who can provide flexibility and quality service to you and your pets while you are away! I have over 18 years personal experience with animal care. I have trained puppies, difficult dogs, and have experience administering medication to dogs who need it. Prior to having children, I rescued and trained dogs from Death Row. I am an animal lover of all kinds!

This is my second time booking with Erica! She is awesome! I was able to relax on my vacation knowing my pets were well taken care of. This time, I bought a new brand of food for my picky cat and he refused to eat it. Erica went out of her way to go buy him the correct food! So thoughtful 😊💕

At home, I have a partially fenced yard that your dog is welcome to explore. Otherwise, I will leash your dog when it is time to go outside, or if your dog is trained off leash it is your call for me to leave him/her off. I have 2 children who love animals and I have experience with animals of all kinds. I do have a dog. He loves to lay down & be pet! Since I’m a teacher in town, the neighborhood kids love to come over to use the trampoline or throw the football with my son, so there are often kids around.

A typical day
We have 3+ acres of yard. Our family loves to spend time outside. Our dogs explore our land with us, as well as walk through the woods, check on the gardens, use the sprinkler, and play fetch with our children.

Availability
I work full time as a teacher, so I am only available outside of school hours. However, I have plenty of flexibility otherwise to fit your needs and your schedule! Summer is my main time to book drop ins, but I am available outside school hours during the school year. I like to stay busy on school breaks as well!
