Hello! My name is Erica and I would love to dog sit for you! I have been dog sitting around my neighborhood and for some friends for about 5 years. I am well experienced and can almost always work around what is best for you and your dog. I am a nurse full-time, so while dogsitting isn’t my main job, it sure is the one I love the most! I have taken care of dogs ranging in size of a maltipoo to a Great Dane, so there is no dog I can't handle. I know vacations can get hectic for many people, so I am here to take the worry away when it comes to looking after your pet. Whether it is just to drop-in and take your canine companion on a walk or stay for a week with him or her, I am available for all your pet needs!

Erica was wonderful. She kept us updated the whole time we were away and made our pup feel right at home. We loved that she was able to take her on walks, to the park and on hikes to keep her active. I will definitely be using her again when the time comes!
Erica gave me such peace of mind while we were out of town...I was nervous to leave our 8 year old boxer but, Erica’s updates and photos really made me feel secure. She exercised her daily and snuggled with her. We will definitely use her again. Thank you Erica!

Information Erica A. would like to know about your pet
I love all dogs equally because I have taken care of such a wide range of dogs. From a tiny maltipoo puppy to a fully grown great Dane, there are characteristics about each breed of dog that I just love. There are a few things that I would like to know about a dog before sitting him or her: how much/when to feed him or her, how many walks does him or her prefer, any medications needed to be administered, and how much time is preferred for me to be with the dog.
A typical day
I live a very active lifestyle and going on walks is one of my favorite forms of cardio! Your dog and I will explore different neighborhood parks and say hello to neighbors, all while staying active. Also, I know these summers can get dangerously hot for dogs, which is why I am a morning person and am willing to wake up early to walk the dog in safe weather conditions. Swimming (if your dog enjoys that) is also one of my favorite activities, so I can fit in any exercise the dog loves to do (even if that’s just cuddles on the couch)!
