I have always been an animal lover & owner. I currently have 2 Golden Retrievers 4 years of age & 6 cats whom I can’t get enough of. I started dog sitting for my neighbors at the age of 10, just to make some extra cash. I love doing it & I would like to start doing it more. I have a 12 year old son, whom I want to show how to make money by doing something you love. & being a mom I also have patience for senior dogs who may need a little extra time.

Erica is outstanding. She’s great with my dog and cat. She seems to have that natural ability to connect with animals and my pets adore her. The best part about Erica though is that she’s trustworthy. She’s good people and I am very comfortable with her being in my home. She’s very respectful and kind, checks in with texts, and contacts me right away if she has any questions. Thank goodness she includes walks for the dog. That’s huge. I’ve recommend her to others in town but she definitely deserves praise in writing and on Rover. I recently had the pleasure of working with Erica, who went above and beyond to take great care of my furry friend, Charlie. When I reached out to Erica, I was in a bit of a bind - I had to go out of town unexpectedly and needed someone to take care of my dog. She was incredibly responsive, flexible, and could accommodate my request on short notice. Erica came to my house to let Charlie out, took him for walks, and fed him. She sent me regular updates and pictures, which helped me feel connected to my furry friend, even though I was away. When I returned home, I could tell Charlie had been well cared for. He was happy and relaxed, and it was clear that he had enjoyed spending time with Erica. I would highly recommend Erica to anyone in need of a pet sitter. She is reliable, responsible, and genuinely passionate about animals. Thank you for taking such great care of Charlie!
Erica has been my friend for many years. She is one of the most responsible, reliable, compassionate human beings I know. Now that you know her heart…let me tell you about her love of dogs and cats. 🤗 She owns two of the sweetest golden retrievers (yes, they came from a great home AND she’s taken them to another level with her love and devotion for them…they are so well behaved and you hardly even know they are around. Seeing as I have many animals of my own, I would feel more comfortable visiting clients homes throughout the day. I typically dog sit for my best friend in the summer and I stop over 4-5 times a day 4-5 hours in between visits. I am very good at following directions. If a list of guidelines is left, I would follow it to a T. I want any animal I care for to feel safe & secure & not be too out of any routine they may already have. Unsure of how my cats would take to strange dogs in the house, this is why I would not have a dog stay with us, unless it was urgent.

I am very good at following directions & will be very prompt and precise with taking care of any cat or dog during my time. I want any animal i watch to fall in love with me & hopfully they’ll want me to continue to watch them (you too!)
A typical day
I love to take dogs for walks. If it’s not rainy & damp out I typically try to walk my two girls 4-5 miles a day. Big fan of dog parks, airline trail or Salmon River.

I currently work full-time, but any pet sitting job I have would be my first priority especially breakfast & dinner times. I have the capability to work from home if need be.
