Pet care experience
Hello Pawrents! My name is Eric and I am excited to meet and care for your precious pets! Growing up, I cared for three cats - each had such unique personalities but all of them brought so much joy. Currently, I'm a "dog-dad" of two sweet girls, an 8-year-old yellow labbo named Crimson and 3-year-old corgi named Chloee. The pets I’ve had both past and present are more than just “pets” to me, they’re family. I have experience dog sitting a wide range of different breeds, ages, and personalities. For pups, I definitely believe a tired pup is a happy pup. Walks for exercise, playing tug, and mental/sniff work are some activities I can provide for them. For senior pups (they will always be a pup to me, no matter how old), taking it easy-maybe shorter walks, cuddling, pets, and giving them much attention are some of the things that come to mind to keep their tails wagging. Having typed that, I absolutely understand that, as their person, you know them best and might have some definite, “Do’s or Don’ts” in how they’re cared for, that you can bring to my attention at any time. Because after all, we just want what’s best for them.
Reviews
Eric was great with our high energy Vizslas. He followed our instructions well and the dogs loved him. He sent lots of pictures and kept us well updated.
Eric was extremely helpful, easy choice to hire as a sitter. Spent a lot of time with my dog, lots of pictures and communication, quick responses to questions, flexible, left my place in better shape than he found it. Does great work, I'll be hiring him again, recommend you do too
We were very lucky to have Eric taking care of our dog Yarikh for 2 weeks meanwhile we were on vacation. Especially since Yarikh needed to take medication on a regular schedule and had some food restrictions. Eric sent us pictures all along to make sure we wouldn‘t miss our boy too much. He took an excellent care of our dog and our home. We are very thankful!
Great communication! Sent us lots of updates and pictures. We could tell when we got home our dog had a great time with him.

I live in two-story townhouse community. Although I only have a small “backyard” partly fenced in patio area (for potty), I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood with a nearby park and river trails for walks and exercise. • Near tails and Park • Private Potty Area • Provides Crate (if needed) • Nearly all hardwood flooring • Stairs in home, 15 steps (can avoid, if needed) • Dog-Friendly Home
Information Eric S. would like to know about your pet
Most importantly, any safety concerns or important healthcare information. Also any additional information you'd like to share! Some examples: (Unique quirks and habits) What’s their favorite toy or game? Does the pet get worried or anxious when left alone? Are they protective of their toys or food? Is the pet an escape artist? Does the pet tend to steal food off tables and counters? (Behavior with new people and pets) Does the pet like other animals? Dogs? Cats? Is the pet okay around kids? (Potty Training) Is the pet house trained? Do they have occasional accidents when exited or nervous? Do they sometimes act differently in new spaces or with new people?
A typical day
When caring for your pups in my home, Crimson (lab) and Chloee (corgi) will be joining us. Crimson is very calm and is more of a people pup but might join in a gentle game of tug with your pup every once in a while. Chloee is sweet but more energetic and would likely join in a game of tug or keep away with your pup. However, if personalities clash for any reason I can absolutely accommodate by giving them their own space to be pups apart because safety is my first priority. • Toys • Snuffle Mats • Treats (if allowed) • Allowed on Furniture (if allowed) If I am caring for your pet in your house, I will be sure to follow all your directions and house rules. I will be sure to keep your home clean and treat your space with respect.

I currently have flexibility working from home but might occasionally need to go in-person during the week. I can be with your pet all day on the weekend!
