Pet care experience
I have been working professionally in animal welfare for a number of years, currently working as an Animal Behavior Specialist for a local shelters. Well versed in Positive Reinforcment training methods. Big time animal rights activist, and dog lover :-) it's safe to say my life revolves around them. I have been dog sitting and fostering for a number of years and have grown very used to working with anxious special needs and disabled pets. I have all the tools and knowledge available to make your time away as enjoyable and as stress free as possible. From a young age I have always loved spendings my time caring for animals. Having recently changed jobs, I'm left with plenty of free time, and I can think of no better way to spend it then showing your pet a great time! Minimum of 2 nights prefered please :-) For in-home boarding - Due to my work schedule, drop off / pick up will have to be between the hours of 2-9pm. My apologies for any inconvenience.

Awesome!!! I'd have to say that would be the best word to describe our experience with Eric. My fur baby was in great hands and I was at ease leaving him for a whopping 10 days! Eric kept in contact with me including pics and a video. I think my little guy found a new best friend. If you are in need of a care giver for your fur baby look no further'

Eric has been an incredible help to me and my family of animals! He truly cares about my dogs' well-being and their happiness. His animal shelter background has proven useful with my Aussie mix's anxiety and fearfulness. I know my dogs are in good hands when I am working long hours or away for the weekend. I also appreciate Eric's can-do personality. Can't recommend him enough!
Eric was raised with several dogs, adopted a dog as soon as he set out into adulthood, then shortly after made his entire career about dogs. He worked at the humane society for years & has recently graduated to a behaviorist position at the ASPCA. I've trusted Eric in my home taking care of my four babies for years now because I travel often. My dogs love him, cats adore him & I trust his abilities as well as character more than anyone I know; which says a lot because I've lived in Jacksonville my entire life but still put him above everyone else in my life when it comes to the well being of my family.
