I have put so much time into learning about cats, their personalities, and their behavior. My cat, Theo, used to be very timid and would hide under everything, but eventually I was able to transform Theo from a shy kitty into a confident kitty. Now he no longer hides and is constantly exploring and reaching great heights (literally). I make sure he only eats healthy food and I provide him with plenty of playtime and exercise. Every cat is different. Sometimes it takes a lot of patience, but once a cat comes around, it's the greatest feeling.
