Sadie had such a great time with Eric and the other dogs! I think she was even a little depressed afterwards to be back home as the sole dog. Very boring... 😆💕.
Thanks Eric, we'll see you again next week!

Eric is fantastic with dogs. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have a very high energy dog and was nervous to leave her as not everyone is equipped for this type of dog. But she did great!

Eric provides such a safe, loving, dog-paradise environment. Our 20 lb somewhat-shy beagle came home from hanging out overnight with all of her new friends relaxed, happy and wore out, meaning she had a blast. ?
Thanks, Eric! Well see you in a few days for stay #2.

Fun at the Burke House

I believe that every pup should be treated with love and respect and I bring that philosophy to caring for any pet that stays with us. I also want to provide a safe and happy place for your pet to stay so I have been certified in Pet First and CPR by Pet Emergency Education, LLC.

We have had dogs in our home for over 20 years. My wife and I currently have two resident ...

What Eric would like to know about your dog

We like to be sure that any dog that visits is up to date on their shots and vaccinations, is on flea and tick preventative and is on heartworm medication.

We also like to know the guest dog's energy level. We accept dogs of any energy level but knowing it helps with scheduling (a particularly energetic dog might mean we need to limit other bookings).

We do require a meet and greet before we accept your dog unless you are coming from out of town. In which case we reserve the right to cancel the stay after you have arrived with your dog if it doesn't look like it will work out.

When Eric watches your pet

We cater our activities to your dog’s energy level. We have walking routes that range from 3/4 mile to five miles through the many trails and parks near to our home.

We play every day. I engage in all forms of play that a pup would like. It doesn’t matter if your pup loves playing ball or tug, being chased, playing biteface or wrestling, I’m happy to play with them however they prefer. The goal is to give them the exercise they need and the fun they deserve.
