I’ve been around animals my whole life. I love all animals so if you have other animals I wouldn’t mind looking after them as well! To say that I am an animal lover is an understatement! I grew up with dogs, cats, and other various animals in our home. I know basic training such as sit, stay, come, lay. If you have a social dog I wouldn’t mind taking them to the dog park with their favorite toy. If you have a shy dog I can try working with them on becoming more social with others. About Severe Weather: I take all weather advisories seriously! * When the heat index is above 90 degrees, walks will be cut short for your pet's safety and for my own. We will use up the remaining time getting pets and belly rubs or playing indoors. Water will be available for your pet on our walks. * I don't mind walking in the rain but thunder and lightning is where I draw the line. Walks may be early or delayed depending on the forecast. Your flexibility is appreciated. * In winter, if the temperatures dip below 10 degrees we may need to talk about turning our walk in to a drop-in visit. I will always communicate with my dog owners if a change of plan is necessary due to dangerous weather and temperatures. It doesn’t matter if your going out of town or just have a long day at work, your fur babies are in great hands with me!
