Hey there, I’m Envy and I want to spoil your pup! I’m home full time and I want to fill my time up with positivity aka animals aka Dogs. Dogs have had such a huge role in my life, they really showed me true unconditional love all growing up. My first best friend was a Blonde Lab named Dodger. In just about all my baby pictures he was right there next to me. I’ve always had a dog right by my side. I was born into a family of dog lovers. And all of our family friends were as well! I’ve played with and taken care of all different animals from hedgehogs to turtles to even horses! And well of course dogs. I have a bond with animals and even the most grumpy of dogs come around and end up loving me! Now I have two of my own! Yeezy and Ye Ali, they really are my children so I guess you can say I’m a stay at home mom. I know how hard it is to leave your pooch at home so I want to put your mind and heart at ease! Story time; There was one time I wanted to see how my dogs act when I leave, I thought they would be playing and having a good time. So I set my camera up at the front door and the window that shows street view and our living room (that’s where they like to play). I went to the library then came back and watched the videos later that night. What I saw was sadder than any animal movie I’d ever seen. They sat by the door crying, howling, laying with their head right at the crack of the door, and Checking the window constantly(they would take shifts at the window while one stayed at the door)then when Yeezy saw us pull up and Ye ali heard our car door close they waited in excitement while we unlocked the door and barged in and showered them with love. I couldn’t stop crying after watching that video and that’s when I realized I need to quit my 9 to 5 job and get home to my little bears. But not only to mine but I also want to help everyone’s dog with that problem. Not everyone can just quit their job and sometimes people have to go out of town. So I want to help not only your dog but you as well!

Envy was fantastic! We needed drop in visits on 2 separate occasions. Communication was great. She showed up on time for each visit and sent us quite a few fabulous pictures. Will definitely use Envy again!
I am going to give an extremelt honest review. When I initially booked with Envy and we had a meet and greet, I got the impression that she was put off by the fact that I actually had instructions and expectations for my cats' care. I shrugged it off and went ahead with the booking. Everything seemed to be going fine; Envy sent me pictures and updates daily. I had a friend coming over in the afternoons a few times a week so my cats could have another visit. Halfway through my booking my friend told me that the house was starting to smell. I asked Envy about it and she said she did not smell anything. A couple of days later my friend called again to say that it still reeked and that Envy had not even opened the new container of litter that she had been instructed to use when cleaning the litter boxes. My friend cleaned the litter boxes and said that pee had been left all throughout the boxes on the bottoms and it looked like Envy had just skimmed the poop and pee from the top. When I spoke with her, Envy said she had no excuses, and was very apologetic. I'm not sure if she had been responsible for cats in the past because she said the pee just crumbled (that doesn't mean you should leave it in there). After this, my trust in her competency and sense of responsibility towards other peoples' pets was shot. I had left detailed instructions on everything she needed to do, and after my friend discovered that she was neglecting her job I had question whether or not she even read my instructions. When I got home, litter had been spilled all on the side of the box in the kitchen and I had a lot of vaccumming to do (I doubt it was my friend as she cleaned the boxes once for Envy and is a meticulous neat freak). I called in a complaint to Rover and their only solution was to have a mediated session between Envy and I and provide me with further services with her at no charge rather than give me a refund. Props to Rover for trying to mediate these issues between parties, but really, the last thing I want to do is hire someone I don't trust to stay in my home and watch my cats again. As clients we pay a lot for these services and all you can do is hope the stranger you hire will take care of your pets as you would. I thought Envy was very nice but due to what occurred, I will not be hiring her again, and I doubt I will use Rover in the future.
Envy was so kind and helpful with Brindley! We were in town for a wedding and she picked Brindley up at the hotel and took great care of her, then returned her to us at the hotel! Brindley was happy and worn out, just like us :) Perfect!

Before a stay I prefer if we have a meet and greet so my dogs and I can make sure it’s a fit! I want to make sure your dog doesn’t have to be double minded and I can reflect their lifestyle at home into their temporary home at my house! So I’d like to know a couple of things like • Everyday routine ( include any rules) •Medical (medicine, allergies, anxiety) •attention needs (do they need belly rubs or do they love their paws tickled) •Level of Energy ( do they need to go on runs or do they prefer cuddling in a warm bed with lots of blankets) If there’s any toys they love or specific shampoos or conditioners you’d prefer if I used feel free to bring with you! I provide these things but don’t be afraid to bring their suitcase!
A typical day
I have beach access right by my apartment and lots of beautiful hikes and a dog park all within walking distance. I love going on hikes, reading, walks or even runs through the woods and along the beach, taking pictures and digital drawing! I’d love to include your dog in all of those. Even drawing, I love to draw animals and Your dog can be my next model.
