I don’t have experience with special needs dogs but if it’s not too much of a hassle, you can give me specific instructions on what the dog needs, signs of distress, or anything that it might be sensitive to.
A typical day
Unfortunately many dogs are left unattended for eight or 10 hours every day while their owners work. The average dog gets by with an hour or two of play time each day. So I would definitely do everything. Walks, chew toy, sprinting, belly rubs.
