Pet care experience
I've worked at C.A.R.E Foundation which is a nonprofit that raises funds through animal boarding, dog behavioral training, and dog rehabilitation. During my time, I've learned to read and study dog psychology/body language and follow proper safety protocol during meal and exercise time to make sure I'm giving the best care I can to make sure they are comfortable and happy!

Eni was my coworker for the shelter/ boarding home I am working for, until she sadly moved away for college. Here she was introduced to many pups of all sizes (we have over 100 dogs on the busy seasons) and remembered all of their names as well. In the work environment, she was very adaptable to any occurrences we had, gave medications and food as instructed and kept the environment sanitary at all times. Her general “vibe” with the dogs was very calm and she could read their doggie language very well, she is also good at approaching new pups. From working with her I can tell that she loves all kinds of dogs dearly and has the knowledge to care for them appropriately.

From my previous experience as a dog attendant, I will apply the same safety protocols in the client's home. I will pay close attention to their body language and make sure they are comfortable before proceeding with activities. I will pay close attention to meal time (meal prepping, giving the right medications if needed, and approaching with both the pet's and my safety in mind) and other activities and make notes, so parents are up to date with cute pictures and notes in case they miss them!!

Please let me know about the dog's routine, personality, and certain behaviors that I should be aware of; as well as, any medications or meal-prepping/treat directions. Thank you!
A typical day
I love enjoying sceneries on walks so it will be hundred times better with a buddy! I would love to introduce them to the calm, green college campus and they could also introduce me to areas they like to walk in! We can also play during beautiful weather have some snacks and enjoy the day :)

I'm currently a full-time college student, and I would love to spend my free time sharing a joyful experience with dogs and cats! I'm able to schedule pet care around my class/study times to ensure I pay full attention to pet care without external worries and distractions that could impact the quality of my care.
