I grew up as an animal lover, taking care of my sweet goldendoodle Zak who I miss dearly. I enjoy the company of animals and the feeling has always been mutual! I take the opportunity to play with or petsit for my friends' dogs and cats whenever I can, making them a part of my healthy and active lifestyle. As a PhD student with a flexible schedule, pets I care for will enjoy plenty of indoor cuddles and care as well as outdoors time with me. I am home throughout the day since I do research work remotely, as well as evenings/weekends per my calendar availability. I live in between Gasworks park and Green lake, so the scenic walk options are endless! My home is in a pet friendly building (with equally friendly pets!) and a dog run on the rooftop with opportunities for playtime with other local pups if the dog is social. I have one friendly short-haired indoor-only cat who keeps to himself and doesn’t bother dogs.
