Emory was an excellent sitter for Charlie today! I would highly recommend her.

My sitter cancelled last minute so I was desperately looking for a sitter. I had read all of Emory's past reviews, which are all positive so had booked it. The sit had a couple of hiccups as communication was very limited. We have a nanny cam so we can keep track of who comes and goes in our apt, and basically our dogs were being walked once a day. The first day I had asked that my dogs be walked in the morning at 8 AM because we had to catch a flight at 6 AM, Emory texted that she was stuck in traffic. She didn't walk my dogs until past noon that day. After 2 days, I reached out to Emory concerned as our neighbor had called me saying my dogs were barking a lot, because they had not been walked in over 8 hours, she responded that she was in the hospital (not sure why). I asked that she communicate when these things happen as it's a long time for my dogs to hold it, and if she is unable to care for my dogs that she at least let me know. Thank god for the nanny cam as otherwise would not know any of this was going on. Emory ended up refunding part of the payment as she wasn't able to walk the dogs 3 times a day. I reached out to her as she left a speaker at our place, and she said she was leaving the country soon. Overall, communication was poor, and service was poor in the beginning, decent at the end. V. concerning for a pet owner who is out of town as it was a situation I had to monitor.
