Pet care experience
I love all animals from the smallest of geckos to the largest of dogs. With my years of experience, I can care for just about any pet! Cats and small animals are me specialty, but I have just as much love for dogs :) Quick facts: - I have experience with small animals -- we can discuss rates privately, but it will be based on my "cat" rates :) - I will not handle live bugs - I will NOT watch aggressive dogs - Must be potty trained or learning - I have my own car, but take public transit when possible (gas prices are terrible and I get 13 MPG) - I want clear instructions for care, and reasonable response times for questions My childhood home was full of backyard birds, exotic fish, and dogs! We raised a small clutch of hens almost every spring, and sometimes had a bonus turkey in there! I moved to Portland from Colorado in 2021. Back home I spent a lot of my time outside with my friends, and our dogs. I've owned and cared for dogs ranging from as small as a pug to as big as a giant schnauzer. Beanie is a cattle dog, so I can handle high energy dogs (and couch potatoes) My best friend is my cat, and we do everything together! I am 100% committed to your pets and their care! I am prepared to tucker out any animals that need it and also hang out with any couch potatoes that might be a little lonely :) I hope to make some new pet BFF's soon!! I have direct experience with: -dogs -cats -chickens & turkeys -freshwater fish - Rats & ferrets - Snakes I have extensive knowledge on reptiles, indoor birds, amphibians, and small livestock! I have a passion for "scary" pets and "gross" pets, and will be sure your snake or fish gets top tier care. 🌟 Vaccinated x3 🌟

Emori is a fantastic sitter! My dog was well taken care of and loved while I was away. I got lots of pics and vids and it looked like my dog had a great time!!! ?✨
One of my dogs got aggressive, and she’s never been aggressive with someone before which is concerning. She then left my dogs for almost 24 hours without communication and did not get another sitter. I was on a trip in another state and had to miss my mom‘s funeral in order to come back and take care of my dogs. She left one of them in their crate so they could not eat or pee for almost 24 hours. when I came home one of my dogs was in his crate covered in vomit and dog poop. She also fed them the entire treat bag. I highly do not recommend the sitter, she is not a responsible sitter.
Emori has been a staple in our pet care for several years. Multiple animals including our beloved dog Forrest. Had some chickens, a pet beta fish and a baby kitten. We had some dietary concerns and emori was able to help us with following and even making some suggestion on better food. Emori does still actively help us on occasion. I would recommend to anyone with high standards and special attentions needed.

("Never" is an acceptable answer!) ** I take more videos than photos so that's why my pictures are subpar!
A typical day
Every pet has their favorite activities! I'd love it if you'd let me know your pet's favorite games so I can make it as enjoyable for them as possible. Of course, there's always fetch or frisbee, but I'd also love to give your pet some brain games! Find it, hide n seek, a project snack, or learning a new trick! I have a car and I'm 100% down to take your pup to a nearby park, or any of their other favorite spots!

Availability
I'm currently attending PSU to become a forensic anthropologist, and as long as I have an Internet connection, I can do my school work! I'm happy to have a conversation about availability, my work schedule changes every week but I dont work very many hours.
