Hi Everyone, My name is Emmi, nice to meet you! I have had pets for as long as I can remember. I have taken care of dogs, cats, turtles, guinea pigs, sugar gliders, and even squirrels growing up. I love our little furry friends, and feel they are absolutely a part of our family. Currently I work part time at a senior center. My schedule is extremely free. I am comfortable with most all animals, but not a fan of reptiles/spiders. I am excited to make our little one's health and happiness a priority by really getting to know their lifestyle and their caregivers. I am happy to get a little dirty if it means more fun for them. I love developing animals intellect as well, by teaching them tricks or tapping into their instincts to keep their brain healthy and stimulated. I volunteer at our local humane society and have learned a lot. I am excited to meet you and your loved one soon! I work part time from 11-1 Monday-Friday. I have plenty of free time outside of that to watch and love your furballs making them a priority. How I watch and care for pets depend on each animal individually. My yard is only partly fenced in, but my dog is yard trained, and trusted to remain outside unsupervised. He knows how to ask to be let out, and ask to be let back in. I have also watched dogs that are not yard trained, or cannot be trusted not to run off leash so we use the long yard runner so they can explore safely. I love to give my dog as much fun and freedom I can, while still keeping him safe and healthy .
