I have been dog sitting for family and friends for years now and I truly enjoy it. I also was a dog owner growing up (a rescue mut) so I definitely understand the responsibility and care that is needed. I have a lot of experience with all sizes, ages and most breeds. I also have experience with other animals - cats (current cat owner) bunnies, and birds so I wouldn't mind having to take care of any other animals you may have! Regarding availability, I do have a full-time job but I am available on weekends as well as before (early morning) and after work days (evenings) and I also would not mind going during my lunch breaks.
