I've had my own cats for years, and have found myself to have a special connection with cats who are often shy or nervous. My friends and family members trust me greatly with the care of their cats in the past and I've often woken up at guests' houses with a cat sitting on my chest. I have had 5+ years of pet care experience in a professional setting when I volunteered at a shelter and many more years of experience of caring for cats of friends and family casually. I have experience with young kittens and cats who require medication or have special needs.

Emmalee is very good with all animals, especially dogs. She has been great playing with and taking care of my dogs as well as some of my neighbors' dogs. She will meet any dog's needs to the best of her ability. Emmalee will genuinely care for any animal under her care.

When cats are in my home, I will ensure to check on them often. The house will be safety proofed against any dangers. I will send daily photos and texts to the owner. For cats who like to hide, I will make sure they cannot get into any spaces where I cannot reach them. Cats will not be let outside. If cats are staying with me, please provide their own litterbox. This is for the cat's comfort. There are two other cats in the house, however, they can be separated with no issue if needed. Our cats are vaccinated and have no flea issues. When I am visiting client's homes I will ensure to follow all house rules and lock any doors before I leave. I will notify the client if anything is out of place.

A typical day
Daily activities include: Feeding, petting, cleaning the litter box, brushing/bathing if requested, and playing with your cats. And just spending quality time with them. If your cat likes to walk on a leash I can provide that as well.

Availability
When your cat stays with me, they will be fed daily(or to your specifications), and their water bowls will be refreshed and disinfected. I will clean their litter each day as well. If your cat wants it, I will play with them, gently pet and socialize with them too. But I will also respect their personal space. :) I am a University student who is home for the summer, I do not have many obligations so I am available on a case-by-case basis. There is always someone home in the house.
