Pet care experience
I am looking to spend more of my free time doing what I love most—spend time with animals. I’ve been taking care of my own personal animals, including dogs, cats and rodents, since I was a child. I’ve experienced house sitting and watching animals before, and I have loved providing the care that they have needed. I had a special needs dog of my own that I’ve cared for for 8 years, and I wouldn’t change a thing about him. I’m a snuggler, and I’ll play games to keep your dog active and feeling as though they’re getting the same kind of love from their own parents. I also work extremely well with cats, and have one of my own! He gets brushed daily and runs the house, it’s his own personal playground!

Emmah is kind, conscientious and very good with both dogs and cats. She has taken care of dogs from Poms, to Belgian Malinois. She is trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend.

I would like to know what behaviors, if any, make your pet uncomfortable as my number one goal is for them to feel loved and cared for in your absence. I’d also like to be prepared for any behaviors of notice—does your dog or cat nip easily? Do they jump often? I like to be prepared for what your pet will be like when I am first walking through the door.
A typical day
If your dog (or even cat!) is a walker then I’ll take them to an area that feels safe for the both of us—or anywhere that you recommend or go yourself. I love to play a good game of tug of war and playing fetch, as well as making a cat get excited over toys and sometimes random objects (you’d be surprised by what a cat would prefer over catnip!)

I’m currently navigating life after recovering from surgeries earlier this year. I have open availability and am excited to be back to my regular routine and lifestyle.
