I had a terrible experience hiring Emma a second time. I will not hire her again. I booked multiple 30 minute drop in visits. A gut feeling told me she wasn’t staying the full time (even though she said she was staying 30-60 minutes) so I checked my home security and learned she was only staying about seven minutes. When I addressed this with her she lied multiple times before finally coming clean. I requested a partial refund because I was not receiving the service I paid for. After much negotiation we came to an agreement. She told me that she informed Rover of our agreement and to grant me the refund amount we had agreed on, however when I followed up with Rover I learned that she told them to refund me much less than we had agreed on. She lied multiple times during our interaction. I do not trust her and would not rely on her to provide adequate care for my, or anyone else’s, pets.
